    Week −8 to −1

    Positioning workshop, messaging hierarchy, landing page, waitlist mechanic, founder content sequence, launch list build (cold + warm).

    Outcome Waitlist of 1,000 to 5,000 qualified prospects by launch day, depending on category.

  2. Launch Window

    Week −1 to +4

    PR outreach, App Store Optimisation, paid acquisition setup (Meta, Google, TikTok depending on category), day-1 user funnel instrumentation, daily ops cadence for the first 30 days.

    Outcome First 1,000 to 10,000 users acquired, day-1 retention measured, attribution dashboard live.

  3. Market (ongoing acquisition)

    Month +2 onwards

    Paid acquisition operations across chosen channels, content + SEO program, partner / affiliate development, conversion rate optimisation on landing pages, email sequence engineering.

    Outcome CAC stabilised, channel mix optimised, payback period measured, scaling decisions data-driven.

  4. Monetise (retention + revenue ops)

    Month +4 onwards

    Pricing experiments, paywall optimisation, in-app upsell flows, retention loops (notifications, lifecycle email, in-product nudges), churn prediction, customer lifecycle mapping.

Questions every founder asks us before retaining marketing.

Yes. About 30% of our Marketing engagements are for apps and websites we didn’t build. We take 2 to 3 weeks longer to ramp because we have to learn the product cold. Pricing is the same.

Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads (search + display + YouTube), TikTok, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn for B2B, SEO + content for organic, email + lifecycle, and partnerships / affiliate. We don’t do influencer-only campaigns or pure PR.

Yes, and we’re used to this. We audit the current setup in week 1, document what’s salvageable, propose a 30 / 60 / 90 day rebuild plan. Common: ad accounts are usable, attribution is broken, landing pages are bad. We fix in that order.

We commit to operational outcomes (campaigns live, reports delivered, experiments run). We don’t guarantee revenue outcomes, and anyone who does is lying. What we DO commit to: if at 90 days the operational outcomes aren’t hit, you cancel without notice penalty. We have skin in the game.

Every client has a documented operating system: weekly written report, fortnightly call with founder + Head of Marketing, dashboard access. You see the work. If we’re slacking, you’ll see it in the dashboard before you see it in the metrics.

Yes, with a hiring fee equivalent to 25% of the role’s first-year salary. We’d rather lose a team member to a great client than lose the client. Most of our team has been with us 3+ years, so they’re not actively looking, but it happens.
