Yes. 30 minutes, no fee. The trade-off: every request is manually reviewed and approved within 24 hours — we don’t self-book directly. If we’re not a fit, you’ll hear that quickly and honestly.
Often, yes — by adjusting scope, not by discounting senior work. If a package is bigger than you need, we’ll point you to the right-sized one on the call. What we don’t do is discount theatre on full-scope projects.
Because an honest number depends on your real scope — screens, integrations, compliance, timeline. Rather than a padded guess or a bait price, we lock your exact, fixed quote together on a free strategy call. No surprises later.
A fixed one. After your strategy call you receive a written, fixed-price scope — one number, in writing, before you commit. No hourly drift, no moving target.
Rarely. Only on large, multi-quarter engagements, only with founders we’ve worked with before, and only as a hybrid (cash + equity, never pure equity). Don’t structure your pitch around it.
The build is fixed-price and the 3-month bug warranty is included. After that you choose: pay-as-you-go changes at a senior hourly rate, or a monthly growth/maintenance retainer — both quoted on your call. Most clients move to a retainer.
Standard structure: 40% deposit on signing, 30% at mid-build milestone, 30% at launch. We do not net-60 or net-90. If your procurement requires longer terms, that’s an Enterprise-tier conversation.
Because the scope is tight and the process is productised. We’re not building a new product — we’re wrapping your existing one with native features. Senior team, smaller scope, 14-day cycle. Cheaper to deliver = cheaper to buy.
Yes — explicitly. Many clients start with a Wedge build to get App Store presence fast, then upgrade to a full Custom App build a year later when they need deeper native features. The Wedge is the on-ramp.
AUD throughout. We invoice in AUD. International clients (US, UK, EU) pay in their currency at the spot rate on contract day, locked for the engagement.
